“I’ve been seeing Sion for various sports injuries for many years now. Without fail, Sion has always got to root of my problem and sorted it out. In my case, I have particular trouble with my lower back and knots/pain which require deep pressure and treatment. To get to it takes tremendous physical effort from the massager, and Sion is never short on the challenge!
I can’t recommend him highly enough, I always leave sessions feeling immediately better, and over the course of the subsequent days I know it has had a positive effect on me. Received a large number of Physio and sport massages from a host of people, but Sion is by far and away the best.”
“I booked an appointment with Sion after I had some knee pain that was stopping me running. He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease during the first session where we did some movements and tests to see what my injury was. At the end of the session Sion gave me exercises to do at home. My knee gradually improved and in our next session I was given a couple of different exercises and he made a few of the ones I had more difficult. He also gave me advice on how to build up my return to running. I followed his advice and was back to running Pain free within a month. I would recommend Sion to anyone who has any aches, I wish I had gone sooner and would have had less time away from running but importantly I’m back running and happy now, thanks!”
