About Sion Williams:
Sion Williams has over 15 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, which includes an impressive 10 years as an RAF Physical Training instructor, specialising in Injury Rehabilitation. Since gaining his diploma in Sports and Remedial massage in 2001 and qualifying as a personal trainer in 2003, he has taken every opportunity to develop his career both theoretically and practically through courses and study. His time in the RAF has given him vast and vital experience with a wide range of injuries, from amputees and ACL tears, to lower back pain.

“I booked an appointment with Sion after I had some knee pain that was stopping me running. He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease during the first session where we did some movements and tests to see what my injury was. At the end of the session Sion gave me exercises to do at home. My knee gradually improved and in our next session I was given a couple of different exercises and he made a few of the ones I had more difficult. He also gave me advice on how to build up my return to running. I followed his advice and was back to running Pain free within a month.
