Yoga is designed to unify the body, spirit, and mind to reach your ultimate health potential. It changes the mind-set and frees the physical body from tension, whilst building physical strength regardless of age or ability.

What to Expect:

Sion’s Yoga inspired class focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing as main factors. The results can include weight loss, the prevention of injury, and reduced stress levels. Yoga combines the strength of the body and the strength of the mind to get results across all aspects of your health. Bring to class a towel, some water, and a mat if you have one.

Our Bulletproof Yoga classes are held at the Elsea Park Community Centre in Bourne: 1 Sandown Drive, Bourne PE10 0US

Give yourself the best chance of success by working with Sion to help create the best version of you. Fulfilling your bodies’ full potential is made easy with continuous professional support and advice, with great access to resources to keep you motivated.

What to Expect:

All new clients are provided with a free 45 minute consultation where we will go into detail about your goals, and how we can help you to achieve them. We also offer free diet guides with nutritional advice and life style analysis. The next step is to carry out some fitness tests to work out current fitness levels, the results of which can be used later to look back and see the progression achieved over the time that you train with us.

Personal Training – One 2 One Session  £30 each
Personal Training – Buddy Up Session  £15 each
Group Sessions 3-5 £10 each
